Careful What You Wish For...

This past Saturday, while having lunch with my friend Deborah and her daughter Samantha, for the first time I had to use one of the bathroom changing stations. First of all, you all know what a germ-a-phobe I am, so the fact that I had to change him in there freaked me out a little bit. Thankfully, I had one of those disposable changing pads with me. :-) But still I was a little nervous that he just might touch something......ok, I was A LOT nervous. LOL!! And OF COURSE, since I have been hoping for normal BM's from him, he did not let me down. So, not only was I trying to hurry so he wouldn't touch anything with any part of his little body, I had SO much poop to clean up......and wouldn't you know it......while screaming his head off he did what little boys do best. I was really surprised that it didn't get all over him. Only a couple of drops got on the disposable pad. All things considered, I think I did really well with changing him in record time while keeping his hands away from the table. LOL!! Wow, what a sight we must have been.

Here are a couple pics of Deb and Sam......with Isaac. I think Deb is trying to get used to holding a BOY since she'll have one of her own VERY soon (end of Sept). Why didn't I look this good at 18 weeks......LOL!!

Over the weekend, we put him in front of the mirror......sometimes he laughed and smiled and sometimes he would just stare.
