Isaac had such a busy weekend......well, first he had to watch while mommy and daddy moved all of the furniture into the kitchen so daddy could steam clean the carpets. LOL!! At his 4-month appointment the doctor said we could start introducing him to solid foods and I was SOOO excited about this. So, Sunday night we fed him sweet potatoes and he LOVED it! It took him a few bites to really get the concept down, but when I heard him swallow the third bite, and saw his little face light up, I knew he was hooked. LOL!! He was smiling and cooing and laughing and WHINING between bites. It was the most hilarious thing to watch. Thankfully, we thought to get it on video. He also kept wiping his face off every couple of bites which is why his face is clean in this pic. I know he doesn't look too excited here, but I think that's because he had finished it all. LOL!!
And before dinner he played in his new jumper toy that my friend Shawna let us borrow. He is still a little small for it, so we had to put a little blanket in front of him so he wouldn't slam his head down. Maybe next time we will put one in front AND in the back to keep him stable.
And his little feet actually CAN touch the bottom, he just kept raising them up......he'll get better at it the more he's in it.
