5-Month Checkup

So, today was my 5-month checkup with our little girl (we really need to decide - well, find - a name soon). Anyway, I've gained another 5 pounds, but everything else looked good. All of the concerns he had while I was pregnant with Isaac, aren't a concern now...please pray it stays that way. I've been going the easy route and eating way too much fast food lately, so I need to get back to the healthy stuff. Well, when my doctor asked me if I had any concerns, I just had to ask..."ok, sometimes when I sneeze, I get a SHARP pain in my lower right abdomen. It doesn't happen EVERY time I sneeze, only occasionally, and it lasts for about a minute or so." I asked him this because I know there is stretching of the ligaments and everything, but I just didn't remember there being this much pain with Isaac. My doctor cracks me up, because when I told him this, he said, "well, there's a little more wear and tear on the truck now." So funny, anyway, turns out it's just stretching that "feels like someone stabbed me." I love that this is NORMAL for a pregnancy. LOL! Anyway, at my appointment, when he measured me, he gave me the tape, so she is about 10" long. And apparently she's measuring a little farther along that what I actually am. I am 21 weeks today, and she measured at 25 weeks. Not a huge difference, but that's fine with me. I'd rather her be bigger than smaller for her age.
