When Dell gets home from work, he's SOOO excited to see him, he usually stops whatever he is doing and crawls as fast as he can to him. Then, of course, Dell will either pick him up or get on the floor and start playing with him. So here he is chasing daddy around the room......

First shoes......Ok, so he's HAD shoes before now, but I have never really put them on him. It's usually warm in his classroom, so I have just been letting him go barefoot. But then the cold front came through and he HAD to have something on his feet for those frosty mornings. So, I decided that he needed some tennis shoes. Poor thing does NOT feel good here. He was starting to come down with a virus or something. He was on some decongestant which made him even more run down.

He is really posing here......LOL!! Here he is the next day (feeling a little better). He's so funny, he cracks me up all the time. He really looks like a miniature Dell here. My handsome little man.
And the third day......I think I was just having fun dressing him up in his new long sleeve shirts.
Unfortunately, on my way to pick him up from daycare on Halloween, they called me to tell me that he had just thrown up and had a slight fever (99). So, I called his doctor and she called in some antibiotics for him. I picked it up on the way home and as soon as I got him in the door, he threw up again. So, we cuddled for a little while, and about 30 minutes later I gave him the antibiotics and fed him his bottle.....which he finished. Well, a couple hours later, he threw all that up......needless to say, we had a long night. His fever ended up getting up to 102.6 at about 2am, so I called the ER to find out how much tylenol I could give him since it's not on the bottle anymore. That helped and his fever started to go down. But it wasn't until about 6 or 7 Saturday morning that he stared keeping down juice. Then about midday he started keeping down his formula......slowly getting back to his food too. Poor little guy......but by Sunday afternoon he felt a lot better and that's when we were able to get the Halloween pictures of him as the Sock Monkey. I did feel bad for his teachers at daycare on Monday morning......he was so spoiled (as he should have been) over the weekend. We ALL slept on the couch Friday and Saturday night. He wouldn't even let me lay him on the couch......he wanted to cuddle, so how could I do anything but that. I bought the Pooh costume first, but was by myself when I tried to get him into it and it did NOT work. So, a couple of days before Halloween, after we got him a different costume, Dell and I got him in the Pooh costume, but it's a little small for him. :-) I searched EVERYWHERE for this costume, and found one that was a size 3-6 months, but it looked SO BIG to me in the store. LOL!!
