Well, we had quite a full weekend......and I was still able to do A LOT of laundry. LOL!! I didn't get it all done, but I was happy with getting most of it finished and put away.
Saturday Isaac was dedicated at church. Such a huge responsibility to raise a child. I mean I've always known this, but participating in the dedication really solidifies the fact that parents have such an important job...to raise their children to know and love the Lord! And to be the EXAMPLE for them to emulate...that's HUGE!
Poor Isaac.....I've been trying to ween him onto formula. And laugh at me if you want to, but that is such an emotional decision to make. I keep going back and forth with what to do. One day, I want to wait 'til he's 6 months old, the next day I'm so done with it all......and RIGHT NOW......I want to wait for that 6 month mark. So, we'll see what happens. Isaac has never been one to spit up very much at all and over the weekend, I swear at one of his feedings he must have spit up the whole 6oz bottle. And every time we tried to feed him he spit SOME of it up. He's been pretty congested though, so I think that had a lot to do with it......most of the time it looked a little mucusy...I know, gross...probably too much information. :-) Anyway, at first I thought it was the formula making him sick, so I gave him a bottle of breast milk and he still got sick. And I think I took it a little personally, to be honest. That was one of the moments when I decided to put him completely on formula. LOL!!
